My name is Bartosz (Bart) and I would like to welcome you into my world!
What you can find on this website is my work, hobby and love to art and woodwork.
I was born in 1985 in Poland. I grew up in the most magical city – Wroclaw, which tourists named WrocLOVE due to its variety of entertainment, the amount of Universities, museums, and events. The city is commonly known as the “city of hundred bridges”. In 2010 I graduated at the University of Wroclaw and I received a master’s degree in International Relations. A few years later, in 2015 I moved to Los Angeles and I fell in love with California. After many years of traveling and admiring this beautiful state I have developed my love for art to the degree that I started creating it myself.
So what do I do? Mainly woodwork combined with electrical solutions like lamps, chandeliers, sconces, coffee and dining tables. I like the smell of the original wood. I like to play with my projects. In fact, I do not entirely know what I am going to do while I start working on something. So I would say that I prefer modern, contemporary style sometimes combined with classical elements of Japanese art. One of the most magical and the most beautiful things in this type of work is that I always try to bring the piece of wood to where it is from. That is why I use resin, torching and many other techniques that will make my work unusual, original and exceptional. I do not focus only on one type of wood nor material. I use mahogany, walnut, pine, cherry, redwood etc. I also like to work with designers and architects. Thus, I am very open minded in terms of creating custom made furniture.
